Business Advisory
Practical conversations about budgets, cash flow and the year ahead.
Help turning numbers into decisions
Owners often have the data but not the time to interpret it. We sit down with you, look at how the business is actually performing and talk through the decisions in front of you: pricing, hiring, equipment, borrowing or simply planning the year.
We offer perspective, not guarantees. Where a question needs an attorney, banker or other specialist, we will say so and work with them if you wish.

Questions about Business Advisory
Is business advisory a separate service?
It is usually offered alongside bookkeeping or tax work, because it depends on accurate current numbers. We can discuss it on its own if that suits you better.
How often would we meet?
As often as is useful. Some clients meet quarterly, others once a year. We will suggest a rhythm after we understand the business.
Would you like to talk it through?
Request a consultation and we will explain how we would approach it, and what it would cost.
